Shawn & Nick's Courtyard Cafe

Wow, wow, WOW! AWESOME, amazing place! I went like at 6pm, they STILL served me breakfast, they customized my order,( I wanted a breakfast burrito, the food was AMAZING, the service was fast, impeccable, they were SUPER DUPER NICE, what else? Oh, and they were VERY, totally affordable. Like, awesome! I want to say its been my best experience eating here in the area PERIOD?! They are a small joint, in the middle of a small shopping strip along the sidewalk, but they are TOTALLY WORTH finding. Go here! They rocked! 10 stars, 100% perfect cool, delicious place. Thanks guys! I'll be back, count on that!

I came back home for a weekend visit to celebrate my birthday with friends and immediately thought of this place for breakfast. I called ahead of time at 9am to see if my party of 15 can be accommodated. I was told yes and that it would be about an hour to get tables set up. We arrived at 10am. Upon arrival, I was told it’ll be a few more minutes. We waited 35 more minutes. We were passed numerous of times which was very unusual to me. We finally had our drink order taken at 11:15( we were seated at 10:35). No one ever came to clean the tables off, so we sat there with the previous customers used stuff on one of the tables. Some of us ordered mimosas and others ordered juice. Now, anywhere I’ve been mimosas are brought out in champagne glasses. We were given small cups. The mimosas were room temperature as well. Funny thing is other folks around us who ordered mimosas got them in (drum roll please) champagne glasses. I never thought that I would experience the terrible service that I did today from one of my favorite local places to eat. My friends were here from Atlanta and this was a bad place to start at for the day. 15 people who are entrepreneurs, corporate associates, one record executive, two Atlanta cops and a local Georgia politician just wanting to enjoy a good breakfast. That was definitely a lot of money that this establishment let walk out of the door.I will never visit this place again whenever I visit home.

It's the place to be

Lynn's Service is an attentive and caregiving experience. The cooks do a great job in preparing food and the team as a whole in this restaurant really works together like a team, better yet a family. The Salmon, eggs, french toast, omelette, bacon, grits, mimosa were all so delicious! Way to go to the cooks. Me and my girlfriend love their service and will be back again.

Great food and fast friendly family oriented service. The staff makes you feel like your at grandpa's house for Sunday dinner. Love to eat here.
