The Chatham Airport is awesome. They rent airplanes, have airplane maintenance, have sightseeing flights and also have a restaurant. There was some taxiway construction, have pilot controlled lights and have instrument approaches. Plus they sell fuel. Its a great place. Ive been flying outta there for years. Can be fun, if you can go. Bike path partly encircles it, I remember it well.

Stumbled upon this airport kind of by accident. We planned on a bike ride down the bike path and planned on ending the ride at a place to rest and eat. Didn’t realize it was a place to eat as well as, take an airplane ride to go site seeing. Had a great experience. My two kids and I, 6 yr old boy and 8 yr old girl, went up for a 15 minute flight. It was amazing. Well worth the money. Pilot was great. One of the youngest. Cool,calm, and knowledgeable. If you have the chance to take a flight but not sure if you should... do it. I can assure you it is worth it. A part of my vacation that I will remember for sure.
