Amazing support team - delivered what they promised on time and responded to my questions quickly and in a very professional and friendly manner. The Errant backpack and commuter accessories are very high quality, look and fit great, and works as designed. Magnetic closures work very well and are easy to use. The bag is a perfect size for my body type and harness system is super comfortable. Free express shipping to Canada and duties already included in the price - very happy and impressed with the purchasing experience!

Boundary was very quick to respond to a small issue I had with an order I received. They got it sorted out and put in a replacement order with no hassle to me at all and were very kind in the process! The only reason I didn’t leave a five star review was because the only updates I received were ones I asked for. I ordered a pair of pants last year in November and have yet to receive them due to manufacturing errors and undesirable material, problems beyond the control of the company, but Boundary was very good in responding to my requests for updates every time and made sure I was happy at the end of the day. Linsey was very quick to respond and answer any questions I had and made sure that we were on the same page and that everything was understood. Great customer service! It makes me happy seeing a small company from Utah progressing!

Boundary Supply represents innovation, quality, and customer service; a grouping of characteristics consumers rarely get to see in companies. Subjectively, Boundary bags walk the fine line between technical layouts and overall simplicity that utilitarian users crave. To be frank, I own one purse, but about 30+ backpacks and my boundary bag is becoming my go to for both every day carry and short trips. Im excited for Boundary’s future ingenuity as they have earned my first stop for future bag needs. Thank you!

I’ve used their stuff and it is great for everyday and camera carry. Additionally they also have great customer support, especially the direct messaging feature which let me get in contact with them within 10 minutes!
