I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service this company has displayed in each interaction we’ve had, regarding the multiple exchanges of my hat until I found the right size. It makes me extremely happy to know that a company truly cares about its customers, as well as delivering a quality product, despite how many efforts it takes! I am more than pleased to support this company and spread the word. When I found out about Gigi Pip from my girlfriend, I fell in love. I had tried so many places, in search of the perfect hat, but they were never quite right. So I ordered my first hat, but it was too small. I reached out about exchanging it for the next size up, and they were more than happy to help. I sent back the hat with the free shipping label they provided, and was able to get the second hat within a few weeks. However, it still didn’t fit, so I exchanged it for the next size up. Once again, they provided the return label, and even shipped out my new hat before I even sent back the second one. They were so patient and understanding while I figured out my right size. And I love that they are adjustable, so I can fix to depending on how I wear it! Definitely worth it.

Their hats are beautifully made. Their advertising is spot on , you get what you see. If there’s an issue they refund your money or give you a store credit. I took the store credit, because I definitely want that hat just in a larger size. This is a 5 star shop, merchandise and customer service.

My order is on the way and surely it will be my new favorite hat! More important is my five stars or ten if I can give it to the customer service, I had a complicate order that need to be change in last minute and Rachel was my real angel. She helped me solve the problem even tho it seem unlikely possible to fix. All I’m saying that the customer service here is really fast, patience, and the best helpful ever xx Look forward for my next purchase

I’ve followed this shop online for a while before moving to Salt Lake City. The hats are amazing- they have even added a men’s line recently. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you get the right fit and color and steam/shape your hat before you leave! I’ve already purchased 3 hats...and that’s just the beginning of my collection. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered two hats and o was skeptical on their fit since I have a pretty small head, 53 CM. But they come with adjustments and they fit very well after adjustment. One of them seemed to be a little tall for my head and I will return it but the other one looks fabulous! The material of the hat is high quality Australian wool, and how I am an advocate for natural fibers that was a win for me. I am looking forward to ordering more in the future. There are so many styles and colors that I seem to be undecided to what I want to order. 😆 love GiGiPip 🎩!
