I love Free people. I love going into the store to check and see for new pieces that they have all the time. But was so disappointed by the customer service I received that I ended up leaving the store empty handed.
This is honestly the best Free People I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a lot hahahha. Every time I go in there one of the workers always genuinely compliment me and for real they are so helpful. Yesterday I went in & returned a dress I bought online but I didn’t have the tag and the girl at the counter still gave me a merchandise card. When I was checking out with my new items, I realized I forgot my wallet in the car and didn’t have the extra 1 ish dollars to pay the difference and my Apple Pay wasn’t working so the girl at the counter put her card in and paid the rest of it for me!!! She was super sweet.
Fun store to walk around in. The people are nice and the store is set up beautifully. The clothes are overpriced in my opinion, so i never buy anything, but its a cool store to be in.

I always love the look of their clothing online, because I live far from a physical store. If I place an online order and then receive the clothing, it's usually smaller than expected, with an unusual fit that isn't what I expected at a high cost. I used to love free people, and this store, in particular, is very friendly and well kept (the few times that I've been there). However, there are changes this brand could make to do better.
