Waited 15 minutes for fries, restroom was closed
The Big Mac's were good but the fries were cold.
This location is up & down. My visit last week was fine, I did a positive online survey. Two days ago, with a different crew, it was not fine.Their main concern was the drive-up, no one was at the counter. After getting my order I went to sit in the main dining area. It was disgusting, trash on the floor, all the tables needed to be wiped down, napkins and lids strewn along the beverage counter. I asked to speak to a mgr., this took awhile. I told her about the dining area, she said they were understaffed and very busy due to the holiday. Her excuse did not sit well with me. I let her know that the dining area must have been neglected for quite some time. A crew member then came to address the mess.
Not helpful staff. Not the whole order was put in, I had to ask several times to report what was missing.
Hey, McDonald's. Looks like you're outta salt and have been for months apparently. Every single time for months now I've been to this DEFINITELY NOT CLEAN McDonald's my fries have been stale and no salt. There was maybe a handful of times i saw the store actually clean. I'm done. I'm not going to eat at this McDonald's anymore. Like many of my other friends have for the exact same reasons.
