They are super friendly and is definitely the best gas station around! With the smart pay app, paying for gas or in store is easy! The rewards are perfect too!
Store doesn’t care about customers, just bottom dollar to them. I will be deleting the app and never going back to them.
Very good service and friendly employees work there, always greeted as soon as you walk inside.
I went to buy diesel fuel for my truck and some how my 32 gallon fuel tank took 34.6 gallons of fuel it should have been about 27 gallons, as I was on an 1/8 of a tank. When I told the manager about the problem, the only thing she was worried about was which pump had the problem. I asked if when they find the problem could she reimburses the amout I over paid, she said no. And to top it off when I told her she lost a customer for Cumberland Farms she just kept asking what pump it was. Very unhappy, I guess Wawa is going to be my new fuel stop. Whatever!!
Very bad experience. Rude/impatient staff. Their smart pay system is not so smart, actually pretty stupid if I may say. Charged me $40 up front but didn't give me any gas. Had to go back to the store to get help and someone came out 3 times trying to fix it but still couldn't get any gas out. Was in a hurry so I asked for a refund, had to wait for a manager for that but didn't get a refund receipt so I'm not sure if the refund actually went through or not. 0 star
