I was so excited to finally be a member and receive my items. When I got my shipment it was the incorrect order. I got online with a live agent and was on chat for three hours. The outcome was that I had to call or chat back in three days and then they may do a re-shipment. I called customer service in three days and was told once again after re-explaining my situation, that I had to wait 24 more hours incase my shipment was still in process. However, the tracking id shows as "delivered". I have never been so frustrated and disappointed. All I wanted to do was return the incorrect items and get the ones I ordered and paid for. Definitely won't be continuing my membership. This has been a fiasco and I don't care what kind of quality, it's not worth this kind of hassle.

My review is for the Fabletics company as a whole, not so much this particular store. I cancelled my VIP membership today because they never had shorts in stock. After waiting for nearly two months I gave up. Apparently the quality is good and the price is decent, but I really don't know because I haven't even had a chance to buy the shorts...

100% the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If I could give a zero star I would. I mailed my items back on 4/30/20. They received them on 6/25/20 and still have not received my refund. I try to call and then conveniently disconnected after a 30 minute wait. Still no refund. Product may be nice but hope you never have to return anything.

First time ordering, the shorts were good but the neon yellow capris (Mila high waisted) were a great color, but for a company that claims they aren’t see through in almost every add, this was really bad. No matter the color of underwear I wore, it was so so see through. I wanted to return them and exchange for another product. I called a representative and he was extremely hard to understand as he mumbled really badly, after being Off and on hold for more than 2hrs they hung up on me. 5e next lady I called helped me out. Next though, I waited for my second order. Again, the website said shipping was “completely back to normal” which was a HUGE LIE. over a month later they came. However I still hadn’t gotten the replacement leggings for my return. After a couple of weeks of checking my mailbox, I decided to check the account. No notifications were sent to me, no emails, it just said cancelled for no reason. Another hour long wait and I find out they cancelled it because they were out of stock in my color. Honestly the leggings are alright, but I like my gym shark ones better, and I gave a low score because I want people to know that the customer service sucks, and they make claims that aren’t necessarily true. Product I would gave a 3 star, but customer service isn’t like a negative, and they only gave me the option to send feedback for the calls that went well, not the dropped calls and reps who were hard to understand.

Terrible at getting traffic in and out. Only letting in 3 people at a time due to covid. Because of this waited 30 mins at the very front of the line before finally giving up. You're better off ordering online, you'd probably get your clothes faster.
