Madewell sells quality, flattering clothing and has incredible customer service especially at this location. They have always taken their time with me and offered great advice. I have a tough time spending money on clothes, but I haven't regretted a single purchase from Madewell. They also have great sales!
I really loved my experience here. I am always hesitant to go into stores because of my size (20) but I bought some jeans online and they didn’t fit well so I was going to just return them. I called the store to take a chance to see if they carried the jeans I bought a size or two down. I was ever so warmly greeted by Darcy who invited me to come in and try some on in person. She put a few pairs of jeans on hold for me. I got so excited that I dropped what I was doing and came right in. Darcy helped fit me into the best jeans I’ve ever worn! Truly! Not only was she so helpful and patient, she also introduced me to the most flattering pair of jeans I’ve ever owned. She provided such great customer service that I know I will be back there just to see her!! I would’ve never dared enter that store and expect anything to fit my frame but she made me feel welcome and appreciated my business. Kudos to Madewell for a fantastic product and to Darcy for being a phenomenal Madewell associate and human being!
I’ve shopped at many different madewells across the country and I’m always feeling so lucky that this is my location. The customer service is wonderful and I think the employees go above and beyond. I also love madewell as a company with their diverse sizing, models and commitment toward ethical fashion in a main stream and accessible way. Thanks for being rad!
Customer service is not great
Such a great place to shop! The staff is so kind and friendly! They were so helpful in getting me into denim!!!
