My husbands ex-wife and her current husband attempted (for the 2nd time) to take my husbands rights to his son away, and just as he has before Phil showed through evidence and case law that they were in no way justified in doing so because we have a great relationship with my bonus son. Phil has been with us many years (8+) in our fight against our sons mother to see him, and we choose him to continue doing so until the end. He has a great staff in his office that go above in beyond to take care of clients too!

The judge emailed me after I sent him an email asking if they would continue with the charges against me since I had court the next day saying the were no longer going to press charges since it had been 2 years and I kept telling Phil i would not plead Guilty to stealing cable, since II DID NOT, later I got a call from pnPhils office saying AFTER CONFERENCE they came to an agreement and i did not have to go to court ,I went anyway to see if he had to show up ,the prosecutor asked what i was doing there, they agreed to drop charges I explained EVERYTHING he said WOW. I then continued to get bills for ( the meeting)$1000 for a few months which I ignored .was even charged for a FORMAL meeting to discuss how I would pay for him to go to trial I RECORDED IT ,the 1st time YEARS ago he was great but this keeps me up sometimes .still choose wisely since Phillip knows who I am I will gladly sign itnGabriel Steffy
