Cooper is a delight and I have stopped in several times simply to say hello to him. He's always helpful and knowledgable. My husband and I have ended up buying here over the outlet several times, even though it costs quite a bit more, simply because we get such great service at this location.

Today we had the pleasure of visiting with Lizzy at Coach. We had a watch that needed a battery replaced. After a different jeweler broke my links she was so kind to help us and find another associate in Coach to fix my watch. Very friendly staff.. highly recommend this location!

I am completely satisfied, the staff is just wonderful and super nice especially Mrs. Kim she is just so full of happiness and was super helpful in helping us pick a gift and wrap it for us.

Went to this location yesterday to return an item I bought online at the "Coach Outlet" store. Well, even though Coach is owned by the same entity as their Outlet store, they will not accept returns here. Furthermore, an employee told me that she could just mail the wallet for me to their return center. I thought this was great, at least they'd return it. Well, turns out that the manager said that they couldn't do that either. Sadly, they have lost a customer because they lied straight to my face and took back what they said they would do for me. This is the exact opposite of what I would expect from a business who cares about their customers. I will gladly take my business elsewhere, where I am treated better and certainly not lied to. It is becoming harder and harder to find a reputable business who teach their employees the importance of customer satisfaction and service.

I love this store!!! Specially Cooper, Jess and Kathy, every time I go there, They are super helpful and polite, Cooper helped me to get a gorgeous bag I wanted for my birthday even tho It was sold out online!!!, He made it possible, I was super excited, thank you so much Cooper for the outstanding service!!!! Definitely going back to this store!!!
