Paschal always does a great job anytime we have used them for AC/Plumbing etc. Their techs are always very informative and helpful.nThe only con is even though we have stated several times to have me as the primary contact as I deal with the scheduling etc of all the jobs they’ve done. They still only contact my husband until months have passed then they finally contact me.nThey’re great at the services they provide, it would be nice if they were great at listening to their customers preferences as well.
Called to get my AC serviced before the warm weather hit and they came out next day. Seemed very thorough and showed me before and after pictures of all the work he did. He also serviced my heater while he was here. Friendly service and informative.
We have used Paschal for installing 3 AC & Heating units and have found that they are extremely customer service focused. They are prompt, professional, clean, they care for our home as if it were their own. I recommend them for any issues in your home. We won’t use anyone else.
Great service! Don was very professional and efficient. He even went outside the maintenance area to check our problem with the water heater and found a serious blockage of the pipe going to the outside. He was honest and proficient at explaining this to us He observed covid protocol and I would definitely be glad to have pascal and don again.
Tyler and Alex were just incredible!!! Professional, clean, on time even though it was after 8pm when they arrived. They drove all the way from Joplin to unclog what could have been a horrific plumbing mess. Informed us of everything they would possibly need to do so we could use the entire top floor of our home again. We especially appreciated that they kept their masks on the entire time and really went above and beyond to bring our home back to normal. Have to give a shout out to Carrie when I called earlier in the day. She was very professional and empathetic to our dilemma and explained everything so there was no guessing when Tyler and Alex arrived. Thank you, Thank you for everything.
