Crain RV of Benton

Horrible service experience does not come close to describe our experience at Crain RV. Crain RV a few years ago was good but not now, not the same employees. IMO, I was overcharged for a roof treatment and winterize. Three months most items not repaired (warranty). Our cell phone booster was stolen. Excuse on two items couldn't duplicate even after I told them how. Several other items not repaired. A outside door Crain broke which had to fall to the ground but did they fix it? No. Battery dead and I had a scheduled pickup, should have been ready plus no walk thru to explain what was fixed. Once they have your money they shove you out door. I was insulted by a Manager (withholding name) then talked down to then the Manger told me I would be back even after I said I wouldn't (he thinks Crain RV is the only rv dealership?). I will never step foot onto Crain RV property ever again. Don't even try to call Crain Corporate to go higher you will only receive a call eventually from the Crain RV Manger again.

I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful experience I had with Crain RV and the staff! Their work ethics, professionalism and knowledge were exemplary. I really enjoyed working with Karen - she is awesome! I recommend Crain RV in the highest regard.

If we could give 0 stars I would! Waited 5 months to pick up RV to have nothing literally fixed and was charged $3,200. Was told we were giving the mechanic a headache when asked where is the work you charged us for? On the way home our RV broke down with a whole new set of issues than when we dropped it off! Worst service EVER! WAS TOLD IT WASNT ON THEM! Will be hiring a lawyer.

From the moment we stepped out of our car at the dealership until the moment a few days later when we pulled off the lot with our new 2021 Jayco trailer, we were treated with unbelievable graciousness. Corey, our Sales Consultant, was amazing! He answered questions we didn’t even know to ask. If you are even slightly interested in a new camper I would recommend asking for Corey at Crain RV. Jay, the Sales Manager, was also extremely knowledgeable and cordial. Everyone there extended every courtesy and made us feel welcome. An amazing rep gave us a personal tutorial of how every feature of the camper performed in words we could understand before we left. Looking forward to many years of making wonderful memories!

We planned an extended vacation when one of our stabilizer Jack's stopped working. Enroute we stopped at Crain RV very late in the day on a Saturday. The service writer, mechanic along with everyone we dealt with bent over backwards to help get us back on the road. Can't say how much we appreciated their service. Above and Beyond. Would highly recommend. Thankyou
