Called to ask IF they accept returns because I bought a super cute blazer (Sunday, Fashion Place Mall) but didn’t realized the fabric was ripped from one hand. I knew it was muy fault because I didn’t check before buy it but I only wanted to see if I could do something.
I explained everything to the lady on the phone and told her if I could go in and return it, she said “well why you don’t go to Fashion Place and return it?” I said “I live downtown” she goes “well you went all the way there yesterday why not today?”
I said “City Creek is closed on Sundays, my friends and I wanted to hang out on Sunday so we drove all the way to fashion place but I don’t want to drive all the way there again”
She said “but you did yesterday”
Omg... what a lady haha is it pretty hard to be kind/understanding?

Great customer service!
I love the customer service here. I understand why some would see them as rude, but you have to realize that they get some dumb teenagers in here that just waste their time and never buy anything. I will always shop here, they always have items I love. And the quality is great.
Overall worth the money.
Great place for women to shop and always great deals to be found. I really miss our neighborhood store but when I'm shopping downtown I'll always take a look. Excellent customer service and satisfaction. Thanks Rachel at City Creek!
Awful customer service! These guys used to be awesome but not anymore. I bought a gift for my wife. It did not fit right. Brand new tags still on. 3 days past the return policy and we were told they could do nothing for us, no exchange, no return, no refund. We have spent thousands. We are taking our business to a company who wants it.
