Wild Bill’s to save the day!! Floating with friends along the Buffalo we all brought our own boats and put in at Dallard’s Ferry. About a 50 yards from Rush Landing my friends bent their canoe in half (yes you read that right). Wild Bill’s help us rent another canoe so we could finish our trip and pull out along the White River. Wild Bill’s even made returning the canoe easy too. Thank you Wild Bill’s!!

My first float trip. It was amazing. The cliffs that surround the river are so beautiful. Cabin 10 was absolutely beautiful. The people at Wild Bill's Outfitters were so friendly! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend Wild Bill's Outfitters for an amazing and beautiful experience.

Wild Bill's itself was OK and that's about it. I first called to ask about Veteran discount and the person over the phone tried to say the discount was only for active duty military even though the website says otherwise. (i wouldn't be surprised if that was the owner too). I called back and was happy to get it from another attendant. After arriving, i had good customer service. My biggest complaint was the river route they put you on is really pretty underwhelming. Just trees and that's about it. Makes for a pretty boring trip, especially if you choose to take a raft which i HIGHLY recommend you don't. Get a canoe or kayak. But, being a first timer, i really didn't know where to go. My recommendation is to search for maybe another part of this river or different river itself to explore.

We rented one of their rustic cabins for 2 nights. The cabin had a strong musty smell, and they didn't do a very good job cleaning (which with COVID-19, you would think they would be doing a even better job) we found a plate of food in the microwave, food crumbs in the dinning table chairs, candy (gummy bear) under the couch, the floor didn't look like they had swept at all. We rented 2 canoes the next day and asked if there was a discount since we were renting a cabin, they laughed at us. When told about the cleaning issues they only apologized. Also, tv was broke. Brought our own device that worked just fine at home before and after, but wouldn't work there at all. I feel they charge a lot and even leave a envelope so we can tip they cleaning crew, but don't do they well of a job cleaning.

The people were pretty rude upon entering the store. Their shuttle drives are just as bad, they park on the middle of the road and don't care to hold up 8 vehicles for 12 minutes. The shuttle drivers are also pretty dangerous with their spinning out in the fields of the launch spots. These people have absolutely no disregard for anyone around them. After seeing their behavior I won't refer anyone else to them.
