Very nice, good quality apparel but City creek store is lacking good customer service. Employees are usually with straight faces, you won’t see a smile . Lady at the fittings rooms looked at me with clothes on my arm trying to try them on and didn’t even bother to suggest a room when I was literally standing there . Finally she asked , took my clothes didn’t even tell me which room , threw my clothes in the room and just walked away not speaking a word . Couldn’t help but think that they must be under paid or just not happy with their jobs . Same bad experience with the cashier . 🙄

I LOVE Anthropologyvone of the best stores in town, they allow you to try things on. Love the store and the staff and they have beautiful merchandise. Great customer service amazing staff.

I really like anthropologie’s selection of clothing because it’s really beautiful and unique. The staff isn’t the most friendly unless you want to try on clothes and buy something. The last time I was there an associate greeted me and asked if she knew me. I introduced myself and told her my name. For the rest of the time that I was in the store which was quite a while she continued to call me the wrong name even though I corrected her two more times. I think my favorite thing about Anthropologie is their candles. They are unlike anything other and they smell so good! Are they extremely overpriced? Absolutely. Will I continue to buy them? Absolutely.

I had a great time here the other day. The staff was friendly and asked to put my clothing in a dressing room for me. They were very friendly and helpful, and it makes me want to come back more. I love anthropologie!
