Buffalo Point Campground

Terrific campground for easy hikes and river access. Group camp sites were nice and secluded. Bathrooms had running water and were in good condition. Large rocky beach for river access. Easy trail to the lookout point which is a cool spot to spend a few hours.

The Buffalo River is my favorite place on Earth. It is so soothing, relaxing and beautiful. The campground is clean and always friendly. I go every year and I will definitely be back for more family fun. The Buffalo River is family friendly, but don't let that fool you because there are places on the river that are dangerous.

The campground does not have phone network and we took non electric campground so it was most natural and primitive experience. Campground staff were amazing and I saw stars after a long time. Highly recommend ))

I liked the spot we camped at. The bathroom was a little far away. We were told there was showers but they were closed. Had a great place to swim, it was a nice clean spot.

9/28-10/1nGreat weather, cool nights, comfortable days. The river was low so very few floaters seen. Campground is very nice and C51 was roomy. Some are smaller and some great rent camping spots on the river. No cell service (att).
