Hot Noods!nnThis will be a regular spot for me from now on.nnI didn’t know what to order, so I accepted the owners suggestion without a change. Honestly didn’t know what I was getting, but was willing to accept whatever came my way. I am very satisfied with his suggestion.nnOwner is super nice and friendly.nnThey take debt/credit.nnMust have Eggs, Nori, and Pork Belly.nnAt a glance the eggs don’t appear appetizing to someone with a simple southern taste like myself. I don’t know of a better tasting egg.nnNori or seaweed has lots of strong flavor. If you don’t like strong seafood flavor, this may not be for you.nnPork belly. If you don’t like pork belly, you are likely vegan and crunchy and put off by the restaurant name so you likely aren’t going to eat here.

I hate giving this place a 5 star review because this is the best food in Hot Springs and I would love to keep it for myself. This place is an absolute gem. It's arguably the best ramen in the state!

Epic. We've been to Tokyo, Sendai, and Fukushima. Lived in Asia for 4 years. Been all over the US having ramen.nThis is good ramen. Thick and flavorful broth. Tasty nori and egg. Noodles were more cooked than we typically like but the quality was fresh - they literally have fresh made noodles.nnNowhere to sit...kind of the main bummer. But grab a seat in your car with ample and enjoy!
