Amazing clean studio new flooring. Amazing instructors my favorites are Lisa Squire and Juliette Birch! Non competitive extremely supportive helpful staff. Music led class for non beginners all other classes help people of ALL levels learn 26 poses to increase flexibility, mobility release stress. Fastest way to get back in shape see results and feel better. Awesome to beat back winter cold blues:)
So happy to have come across this location! Was up visiting friends from Florida and needed a good yoga class after all the travel; this location has friendly staff and a great facility! If you're on the cape and looking for a place to practice Bikram, this is a little gem!
