Absolutely terrible service. I’m in the construction industry and have been dealing with XPO for a few years now. Time and time again my deliveries have been late or terribly coordinated. I have NEVER received an on-time delivery from XPO. This specific delivery was scheduled between 9-11am. When I called to inquire about it they told me it was never even put on a truck and is scheduled for the NEXT day. Stay away from this service at all costs. You will be disappointed!

Been dealing with this carrier for months yet the vendor keeps using them. This is only becauae they do shady things to not take responsibility for their mistakes. Customer service doesnt help at all either. I got hung up on (by Payne I believe) for trying to correct a shortage on some boxes. I wanted to increase the number from 8 to 14 but they said we signed for it in full. I have paperwork that states otherwise. Really looking forward to disputing this.

Not sure it’s this location they wouldn’t let me know which one on the phone. Had my delivery scheduled by them from Lowe’s for over a week. Window was 8am -8pm. Received multiple phone calls verifying everything is good. Scheduled between 4-8pm the morning of ok. Supposed to receive a call 30 minutes before delivery. 730 rolls around I call them, it’s on the way they’ll have the driver call me. 830 rolls around I call them oh well they loaded to many deliveries so there gonna return it to Lowe’s and I have to call Lowe’s to reschedule. Great job real professional.

Our 4.5 foot wide Rascal Pro driveway grader, from ABI Attachments, was delivered today: The XPO driver, Lee, was personable, efficient and helpful in helping my wife and me unload and remove it from the pallet. Without his help, we'd have been struggling with the job of unloading and inspecting for hours more. Job well done, by a fellow USAF veteran! Thank you.
