Patton's Movers

I never leave reviews, but felt compelled after our great experience working with Patton's Movers for our large and unique long distance move. It included moving some big equipment and a chicken coop as well as our household things. Patton's prices are very competitive and they met my high expectations of working with a locally owned family business. These things were a big influence in my decision to go with Patton's, but my mind was made up after meeting with Jason for my quote. His confident attitude, knowledge of the business and insistence that everything would be okay reduced my anxiety.nPatton's remained flexible, even with all of our date changes. Then the day before moving day we had an awful winter storm but Jason made sure his trucks got in our long gravel driveway and that we were moved out by our deadline. Throughout moving day the team checked in on me and my family to make sure we were holding up okay. It was a long cold day and we had a lot of stuff to move and everyone worked very hard. They were efficient and professional and all of the team worked well together. Everyone had a great sense of humor too and they kept the mood light and my stress down.nJason remained in contact with me while we waited for our things to arrive so that we knew everything was still on schedule.nThroughout the whole process, including delivery, everyone showed the same proficiency and expertise. Jason checked in a few days later to make sure we were settling in. They do an amazing job at moving your things which is obviously critical, but to top it off they are genuinely concerned with you and your family’s well being. I would recommend Patton's for any type of move.

I moved a few months ago and things were so hectic that I forgot to leave a review , but my experience was so great that I wanted to make sure I left good feedback, however late. I have always moved myself rather than using a company, but this time was a unique circumstance (a long-distance move during a pandemic) and I couldn't do it alone. From the first email, Patton's staff was helpful, patient, and adaptable to our needs. We had reservations about the process because members of our family are high-risk and we wanted to take all possible Covid-19 precautions. Eryn helped put my concerns at ease with prompt and helpful answers to all of my questions leading up to the move. On moving day, Jason and his team completed a very large move for me across the state, they wore masks for safety, adapted the process to be no-contact as much as possible, went out of their way to do a great job, and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. Some belongings went to my new house and some went into storage, and Jason was very careful to keep them separate and organized. I was dreading moving day, but I can't thank Patton's enough for making it as painless as possible. These folks care about their customers and about the integrity of their work, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Moving for most is an exciting time, for me it was an emotional roller coaster for reasons I will keep private. Jason Funk the owner came to the house to give an estimate but he gave much more than that. He offered words of encouragement, compassion and understanding that I would be okay and they would handle the move. The day of the move started with a little hiccup but the crew leaped into action and did not let it phase them. When the tears started they even made sure I was okay. It was a long, cold day but they worked hard and completed the job with extreme professionalism and pride in their work. Jason even texted during the move to make sure I was okay and not to worry. This is why I would highly recommend them to anyone , local owned business at its finest! Job well done by all.

Jason Funk (the Owner) is very responsive to our phone calls, texts, and e-mails. He went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs and wishes. His crews are all friendly, efficient, and professional and always on time. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone for any type of move-local or long distance, large or small.

After we sold our house we needed storage for several months while our new home was being built. The initial experience was flawless. Matt met with us to give an estimate and then led the team that moved us out of the house. He and his crew were professional and courteous.nIn addition to everything that Patton's stored, we had two self storage units full of things that had to be moved into our new home. So the move in spanned two days.nWe have moved multiple times and know it is inevitable that something will go wrong. After the first day I had several concerns that I called Jason about. He called me the next morning before the crew started and addressed all my concerns to my complete satisfaction. In the end, there was minor damage to two items of furniture. It has been just a week since the move and one of the items was repaired today. The second item requires a new piece of glass and is in process of being repaired.nI would absolutely recommend Patton's to anyone planning a move, large or small. And if we ever need moving services again, they will be the first people we call.
