Amazing, family owned and operated business. David provides amazing customer service and is always there to help us when needed! He goes above and beyond. They always respond quickly and are very accommodating! We have never had any issues with our climate controlled unit. Units are very clean and well maintained. We will always use them for our storage needs due to the amazing customer service and affordable, clean units.

I have found that although the Staff has always been very professional and eager to please, more so; all on Staff will do anything and go out of their way to assist you if needed. You will not go wrong deciding to go with Pack-It-Inn!

I had mistakenly rated this business a 3. I do not remember doing it but I have not done business with them and should of not of rated. I was just along with someone. I can not figure out how to delete so I am changing to a 5. The lot was clean. The unit was clean and the person I was with seems happy with cost.

We've been using this storage for almost 2 years and we are actually about to upgrade to a bigger unit due to moving things around and stuff. The owners are just amazing! They reach you on a personal level not to mention they work with you! They dont want to see anyone lose there things so if your having hardships talk to them! They will do there best to make sure your able to keep your things not to mention no bugs no nasty things the units are amazing!!! I cant say nothing bad about this place!

David is wonderful. He is so personable. This is our 2nd year in a row utilizing this storage facility. We have never had any issues. If we had questions, the staff was readily available to answer. They were able to accommodate us on short notice with our move out date. If you are storing anything in Winchester (especially for a college student) this is the place to utilize.
