My wife and I dropped into Crossfit Winchester while back in my hometown for my brother's wedding. The owners replied to all my emails beforehand and were waiting for us when we arrived. They got us set up and gave us a tour of the facility. They really made us feel like family, we could tell they really cared about the people that came through their doors. Their space is amazing, complete with a kids playroom, changing rooms, and two separate workout locations. We dropped into an open gym and had a lot of space and equipment to use even though they were running an entirely different class. Anyone wanting a good workout and to be treated amazing, you should come here!

Great coaching and athletes. Don't be intimidated or concerned.....they can work with anyone. They will help you feel comfortable and learn proper technique.
Dropped in at CrossFit Winchester for the past two years when visiting family. Awesome experience each time. They moved to a great new location in 2019. Plenty of space and equipment. A family owned business that treats everyone like family. Would highly recommend if you are looking to accomplish those 2020 fitness goals!
