The cashier was very nice. However, there was clearly too few people working (a cashier, someone making smoothies, and someone cooking in the back). And the employees were rude to each other. I was only second in line and they seriously struggled with my order. My smoothie were made incorrectly (I had ordered 5 smoothies, 3 adults and 2 kids) and 2 of them were made wrong. I questioned the smoothies and the cashier spoke to the lady making the smoothies, her reply was very rude to the cashier basically telling her it was her fault they were made wrong because she entered them incorrectly (though the receipt I received had it all correct). Of the meals I ordered the chips had been forgotten (I remembered after getting into the car and I ended up going back inside for them). One of the meals I ordered was the Thai Chicken Wrap but I asked for the vegetarian chicken instead. When I got home and opened meal I had no chicken and no vegetarian chicken, it was basically lettuce and carrots with sauce. I called to complain and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message but didn't get a return call until much later when I wasn't able to answer. No voicemail of apology or anything like that was left for me (I had explained my reason for calling on the message). I decided to leave a review instead of calling again because of how unhappy I am.

Ordered 2 smoothies and a side for delivery. Only received 1 smoothie and a side. Called this location and the manager told me there was nothing they could do. I would need to ask the delivery driver to go back and get it (he was long gone) or go pick it up myself, which completely negates the reason why I ordered delivery. The smoothie that I did receive was completely liquified. By the time I arrive to the TS I don’t even want to know what condition my smoothie is going to be in. This is the absolute worst.

This is for the Suffolk Virginia location. Would have given a 3.5 stars. Employees less than enthusiastic. Made me feel like they just wanted me out of their store. No prob with food. Location could have matched many others in terms of cleansiness. I'd pass on this location next time.

Apparently they're not in business, someone picks up the phone and hangs up. Then call back two more times and they just ignore the phone. Must be nice, I seen a tropical smoothie only take curbside orders over the phone so if this is the case how do you even put in a order if no one picks up? ud83eudd37ud83cudffe‍♂ufe0f
