This restaurant is in a great location but really really needs to focus on customer service. I’ve never had a good experience visiting this restaurant and often drive off without ordering any food.The people working there have this “I don’t need this job” attitude and they often project that on the customers. Fix it management, and start with the hiring process.
I cannot eat Burger King food because whatever it is cook in or something about the way it is prep trigger my migraines. I am sorry I cannot give you a good report. I have been away for 30 years.nBe Blessed and Be Safe, and keep up the good work.
It doesn’t even make any sense how slow this place is. They wait on 1 car at a time in the drive thru. They don’t wait on the next car until the first car has left. It’s like they are trying to keep customers away.
Utilized the drive through, was asked to pull around while my meal was prepared, about 5 minutes later my food arrived cold with no straw for my drink. I went in to ask for a straw and hot fries when I encountered the staff cursing and talking trash about a customer in the drive through. My biggest issue was the fact that there was an elderly man standing at the counter waiting to be assisted while this crew displayed a complete lack of customer service. Completely GARBAGE. Another place in Suffolk added to my list of trash establishments. Don’t waste your time!
Over 25 minutes in line from the time we ordered at the speaker till the window. No apology, nothing... except an incomplete order. You won't catch me here again!
