Wow! Great service! Bryan the manager made sure that every customer felt welcomed and taken care for. I came in for a oil change and differential line change. I am very picky about my car, not only did the mechanic spoke to me and made me feel at ease.. the whole process was smooth and very very clean. Great shop. I will come back for more service. Thanks team!

The best customer service I have received in a long time! I couldn’t understand why my car randomly started making noise and I took it to Mr. Tire to have it looked at. They inspected the car and explained everything in great detail so that I could understand. I will definitely be going back there!

Great service. Went in for an oil change and wheel alignment. They worked til closing time and made sure everything was done properly. Store manager was great to speak with and made me feel comfortable with their service and didn’t price gauge. Will definitely continue to take my vehicles there for all services. Highly recommend!!!

I have taken my new explorer to Mr. Tire for oil changes, for about a year and a half, since I bought it. Each time I call to schedule an appt. , they are friendly and courteous on and phone and in person during the appts. Their service is prompt and they take pride in their work and serving their customers. Each time I make an appt. they manage to get my vehicle in to be seen right away, most times it is same day service. Tonight after an oil change, the store manage Bryan mentioned that he noticed some fluid condensation and mentioned 2 possible reasons this would happen. After I Informed him the truck was under warranty (would cover the cost an issue 100%), he asked me to drive the truck a week or 2 and swing by once again so he could check the issue and would know, after cleaning the area during the oil change, if there was condensation again, that there was in fact an issue. He said at that point he would know the cause and I could take it to Ford and have them fix the issue. I thought “wow”, that’s amazing service. After mentioning the warranty he could have suggested taking it to Ford without offering to help further. But instead, offered his expertise to help diagnose a possible issue before having to leave my truck at Ford etc. He also informed a coworker of the issue in case he wasn’t their when i go by, so they could check the issue for me! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your vehicle over to Mr. Tire on Pleasant Valley in Winchester if you want to work with friendly and honest service providers. I will continue to take my vehicles to them!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Brian was excellent. After blowing a tire on the highway, these guys made the rest of our trip possible. I cannot thank them enough.
