SOS Repair Inc

I have been a customer of SOS for four or five years and during that time I have received excellent service. I have not had to bring my car back because of a problem. Their service is efficient and of high quality.

Was traveling through towing a large trailer on 81. Had a transmission line fail and they promptly came out, towed both truck and trailer off the highway. Had me back on the road in a couple hours for a very reasonable price. Great service and friendly owner/staff.

I just left from this place been waiting to drop off my car I had an appointment to drop it off at 7am. When I get there they not open. Also when making the appointment I wasn't told where to drop my car and keys off, also I wanted to talk to someone before I just left my car. It was a guy inside the building I knocked on the door to see what I do at this point. The man never even acknowledged I was there he didn't say one word, he could have said hey we are closed come back anything. I sat out there at least 10 or more mins the guy never said anything. I think it was very rude to be ignored like that and thats not the kind of service I want just say something I didn't just pop up here for reason I was told to come at that time I got confirmation yesterday before I came up there.nnReply update: Why in your reply did you acknowledge my appointment in the beginning then later say you'll make a note that I did not have my appointment with your company???nnMy review is fair, let me point out at no time was it explained to me that no one will be there at 7am also didn't know where to drop my keys or car. I was never looking for special treatment I would have understood completely if he could not open the door, nowhere in my first review I said he needed to open the door, I clearly understand safety measures. I also understand customer service and you can point or tell me through the door where I leave the keys and car. I wasn't asking the guy to to take my car and fix at 7 but like I said the first time acknowledge your customers at the very least, don't just sit and do nothing its rude period. Also would like to say that when making the appointment I wasn't told it was after hours service. I never been to this place I don't know your after hours policy and it certainly wasn't explained. My review is fair just as you feel your employee was fair. I stand by how I feel and I stand by review this is not a place I want to do business with period.

I really appreciate how well this business communicated with me about what issues they diagnose and repair. Everything is well documented. They are very thorough as well.

These people are so nice and professional! They take the time to explain everything and don't mind questions. We brought our car to them and they had it fixed in a day. You can't beat their prices! They won't try to get you to buy extra things and are honest about what is urgent and what can wait. They're definitely our repair shop of choice!
