Katrina C is a wonderful worker very knowledgeable about storage business , she is always smiling and taking care of multiply customers at a time. Prices are reasonable and this facility is the best in town. Katrina the GM is also wonderful as well .
The ladies in the office are wonderful staff , very pleasant and outgoing . always bubbly . I love the way the rental process goes so easy & convenient. Just need to update some things on the property appearance inside the building & get those doors working . Rental increases are a little high but still a good company to rent from.
1st time customer walking in to see the facility and prices of different units. Katrina C was outstanding and wants i get station here I will be back to get a couple of units. I went to other storages around the area but Greenwood was so much cleaner & staff was respectful and helpful/greeted me when i enter. Would recommend to anyone .
I had a great experience with Katrina I didn't know what I needed and she was very helpful and considerate to my needs.
