I had reserved a unit late Friday night, by the time I got there on Saturday, with a fully loaded truck, to finish the paperwork for getting it, it was after 4. I was unaware they closed that early and would be closed Sunday, with rain coming I was panicked. Much to my relief Jeff had stayed a little later and was MORE THEN happy to help me get things done so I didn't have to worry about my belongings getting wet over the next two days. The premises are very well kept. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Prices are reasonable. I recommend them to anyone looking for a unit.

I must say that my experience is so far so good! Jeff was great and friendly and he seems to always keep a smile on his face (which is a plus for me for a place of business). The prices are very affordable and the units are very well kept. They also make sure that they are cleaned out for the next!!

I have been in business for 7 years with Prime Storage in Chesapeake. Service with Prime Storage is remarkable in my observation. Jeff, the manager is professional, an effective communicator, who is straightforward and makes things clear-cut. I highly recommend their facility to anyone because of impressive customer service and reasonable pricing.
