I've been a customer of extra space storage when they were mini price for almost 4 years. The manager is outstanding, she is extremely helpful & provides excellent customer service. The facility is always clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for a storage facility to definitely use extra space storage on poplar hall rd.
Quentin was fantastic! Great report and stellar service! So very helpful! I would definitely use this establishment again mainly because of him. What a GREAT delivery of service! I am so appreciative of his sincerity!
Visited the Extra Space across from BB&T bank on Western Branch Blvd. and Quentin gave me excellent service. He was polite and courteous and went the extra mile. I was definitely pleased with him and his supervisor, Kelley.
Used this facility a few years ago and decided to come back for the convenience and excellent conditions. Quentin was very helpful and did a lovely job showing me the unit location and going through the the paperwork. Overall very pleased with everything.
I had a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage at Poplar Hill Rd today. I was a littler nervous and worried about the experience as a first time renter but Quentin D. made the experience very smooth. He is knowledgeable and patient. You can really tell from your first moments encounter that he loves his job.
