Amazing customer service!! If your trying to figure out what Storage space is best for you Linda and Roy can put you in the right direction! They made the process simple and sweet! I recommended this place to my military friends and they love it as well! If I ever move again this will be my place!
Linda was excellent in helping me access my storage unit. She came and helped me get the door open, work with the lock, and taught me the best way to close the door. She is very helpful and has great customer service skills.
Roy!! Very inviting when you walk in. Very patient, very helpful answered all questions and more
Roy was super helpful with our move-in. He made the rental a breeze. And most impressively, when I first came in, he was making a phone call to someone where he had noticed that they had accidentally locked their unit in the open position. Its reassuring to know that the staff there are genuinely keeping an eye on the place and taking the time to make notifications like that.
Property management is very polite, but the place is a dump. Also, they close at 6 during work week, people who work can’t make it there in time. A waste.The unit has large holes in the wall. They have rats!! Please beware. Sometimes cheap isn’t the way to go. Go somewhere that has climate storage. It’s against city building codes for sure. I’ll be calling the city. It’s not being managed properly.
