Rude and incompetent staff working uhaul rentals. Made the process lengthy, difficult, and frustrating. Staff was condescending, rude, and unwilling to assist in any form. I will not be utilizing this location in the future and would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
We called the office for 2 days and left messages for a return call, finally had to go up there. Don't reccomend.
Very secure location. Good lighting in the storage areas. Very friendly staff. Lots of security cameras and the items feel very safe there.
