Wow! This is move number 10 for us and this was by far the best experience we have had. James and his crew packed the house with efficiency and precision. They worked like a well oiled machine and packed our 4 bedroom house in less than 4 hours! This task has normally been a 2 day affair in the past.nnEllis was our driver and he and his crew on both ends were courteous and professional. Expertly packed the truck and met me at the destination within 2 days and offloaded everything to exactly where we needed it. Best moving experience we have ever had. Thank you!!
The movers act polite but as soon as they started they said they smelled mold and left in a hurry. They contacted an inspector to come and inspect the house for mold a couple of days later. None was found and after many attempts to contact them, I have yet to hear back from anyone about them returning. My lease ended at the end of the month and all my belonging are still in the house. They want to act like they're professional but I have yet to see it.
The crew who packed my things was amazing other than that staff is not professional. Every time i call to ask when they can deliver my furniture i get attitude like I’m bothering them. No one can give me even an estimate of when my things can be delivered. They left 4 days before i left from VA to Ca it’s been 2 wks and they are still saying don’t expect my things for another 2 wks. Good luck using this company.
My business needed a last minute move to perform a remodel. I called and was able to have someone come out the next day to provide a quote. The day of the move, the moving team arrived promptly and immediately went to work with laying down tile and carpet protectant. They worked efficiently all day having to move rather large desks and file cabinets. The company that I work for is family owned and there were several items that needed to be packed carefully that were family mementos. I was very impressed with how carefully they treated each item. They also had to navigate a difficult stairwell the entire day and did it with ease.nThe team consisted of 5 gentleman: Ron, A.J., Dontae, Marcus and Jonathan.nThey were a great team and kept me informed the entire day of their progress. Our company will be using them for several other projects in the future.
Was new to the military and had them coordinate my first move. This is the company they hired and it was a disaster. Valuable collectibles and jewelry were stolen, multiple items were broken and multiple boxes were missing upon delivery that were never recovered. I have since moved again and now choose to do it myself. It's a huge pain but at least I don't have to worry about strung out employees stealing my stuff.
