Have had a few units here in the last 10 years. Very nice staff and no issues. Not temperature controlled.
Worst storage experience ever. Almost every time I come back from a trip, either my spot is blocked or they make me move to a different one. Management doesn't seem to care and doesn't call me back. Spend a couple bucks more and store your trailer somewhere with organization and halfway decent customer service.
It looked nice, I'll never live close enough to use it but my buddy must like it since he keeps his stuff there.
The real manager is never onsite and never returns phone calls. I saw one unit that had been hit and can see the customers stuff so I am sure it is getting wet and has been like that for awhile. And it was brought up to a person on site. She said she was aware of it .nthe doors are hard to open and close no maintenance done on the units. Only good things rates are pretty fair. I was set up on automatic payment from my credit card once a month and over the holidays my card was stolen I forgot it was set up on that card and received a late charge on friday every other business I had it set up with called and let me know it did not go through and I gave them the new card number with no issues. But they charged at late fee so I called and ask to speak with manager with no call back on a friday when I received the letter but did talk to lady onsite and would speak to managernwith no word from them on Monday went there on tuesday to pay late fee to my surprise just after one full business day I got another late fee of 10 dollars if I could have found another unit quick I probably would have left that day.
Always clean surroundings and great staff! Well lit too when I'm in there at night. Also, really close to interstate for convenience.
