Very easy sign up and registration process. I was able to reserve online and go into the store a few days later to see where my unit was located. Everything looks secured and clean which is a plus. Michael was very professional and answered my questions before showing me my unit.
I've had a 10x15 here for 2 years and just closed out. Michael, who works the front, has alwasy been more than accommodating as I travel for work a lot and even helped me close out my unit without being present. He even personally helped me with some damage, caused by myself, when he clearly has no responsibility to do so. I would absolutely rent from here again!
The climate controlled units were clean. The staff members were helpful. Would definitely utilize this storage company again.
Everything went very smoothly and Michael was extremely helpful!
This place is a hidden jewel. I love the cleanliness and ease of access. I felt safe by myself.
