Awesome experience! I am not local and ordered my mom flowers for her birthday and they created a beautiful arrangement and delivered them to her same day! I got email updates through the whole process. Very impressed.

Very unfortunate experience. Should have read the reviews more extensively.. I'm posting this review hopping that who reads sees my intention. I like to support small business but it's things like this that make people trust the franchises and chains. This my first time orderings from there not only for a good amount of money they had not enough in the arrangement but also the roses were old. After talking to them they add a few and change the arrangement to look more full. It still sure didn't look like a $54 arrangement especially with the old flowers and roses. So I took it to Martins and paid another $20 they made it beautiful I learned my lesson to go to the local Martins next time for more value and fresh flowers. Then I find out from my sister that Martins would have done much better job for the same amount as she gets hers from there all the time.. the reason why I dedicated the time to make this review with my busy schedule is the fact that small business owners like this are who make people lose confidence in small business and they need to wake up and do the right thing, If you can't do a job well done reject the job don't deliver horrible product that will be sure the local client never comes back.. I spoke out but most will not, they'll just tell people you suck. Plus as an advice when a customer calls for a happy occasion to get flowers to girlfriend or wife don't mention you're working on a funeral. Thank you

We had an absolutely beautiful arrangement made by Snellings this past week. Not only was the arrangement gorgeous but they were very quick in preparing it and delivering it to the hospital for us.

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. the premium arrangement with a balloon and six truffles when they arrived they were extremely small… 8 inches wide maybe 9 inches tall including flower pot...They probably assumed I was in Louisiana but I was actually at the house with my wife here in Virginia I paid almost $100 it was actually $93 and some change... HUGE disappointment
