Beware of warranty scams here, only on cars under five years old. If you buy a newer car from this dealer, they buy lots of Canadian import vehicles from auction. They will advertise them as vehicles that carry the original warranty from the manufacturer, but for Ram trucks at least, that warranty is voided once they are brought here. Sales experience was fine, they just charge a lot of stupid fees.

Buying OEM Mitsubishi parts was cheap and friendly staff for my one experience, I liked it!

I already left a review for them they must have removed it. I purchased a car from them and they promised a new battery which they rescinded on. They charge way too much for their listing fees and the car locked me out the other daya the fob wouldn't work, went to use the emergency key that's inside the fob that goes into the door like a regular key and it's not the one for that car... So they reprogrammed some other key.. never ever purchase a car from A-1 Auto sales in Winchester Virginia. They make promises they don't keep...and give you a key fob that doesn't go to that car so the emergency key doesn't even fit in the door... They shouldn't be allowed to remove people's reviews

The experience was great buying the 2016 GMC Acadia. The bad part is it was used and it seems like it costing tons of money in repairs. Had to get 4 new tires now have to replace the exhaust system on the suv plus brakes all around. Lots of money in 6 months for a vehicle that I paid $26000. for.
