At Malloy Toyota, they are the best!nI had been considering a new car for a while.nMy 16 year old truck had always been reliable but was 16 years old and finally needed major repairs. And wasn’t running.nI called a friend and Malloy was recommended.nTom from Malloy Picked me up at my home and brought me to the dealership.nI had researched Malloy that morning and was impressed.nTom didn’t do any of the salesperson stuff that annoys me.nHe was very personable and maybe reading me well, stuck to the facts and professionally answered all of my questions.nAfter I answered his questions, he was very intuitive and took me to exactly the car that fit my criteria.nIt was perfect. After test driving it, I was sold.nNo wasted time.nRoberto in finance was also, personable, professional and efficient.nAgain, no wasted time, only good information and great service.nI thank everyone at Malloy.nI really like my new Camry

They were amazing! So many staff worked together so we could leave there with a new car. We went to Mazda and Honda before giving Toyota a try and nobody at those seemed like they even wanted to help us. Boy was the atmosphere different here. Offering you drinks and snacks. What a great car dealership looks like!

Great experience buying a new Tacoma at Malloy Toyota. Everyone was friendly and courteous, no one was pushy or pressuring to buy. I showed up knowing which vehicle I wanted already (found it in their inventory online beforehand) and drove away in my new truck in under 2 hours. Everyone involved was very efficient and thorough in their explanation of all the paperwork and additional options (extended warranties / maintenance etc.) and I think they gave me a fair price for my trade-in.

Zach and Michael you guys are just the best! I’ve never had the experience of buying not one but two cars in my life before today, and you guys and your staff made our purchase experience the most pleasant and professional of any we’ve ever had.The entire Malloy Winchester team were extremely kind and helpful. The greeters were always friendly and smiling and making sure everyone knew where they needed to go or see. The service technicians and mechanics were professional and personable making sure your car was probably maintained and services well performed The finance processors were very clear and considerate, making sure they were offering all the additional warranties and financing options were clearly presented and offered. I highly, highly recommend Malloy Toyota as the premier automotive and car sales organization in the Winchester and Frederick County area.
