Raul was AWESOME! He answered all my questions, and made me feel welcomed all along the way! What I liked the most was how fast the whole thing was. I came in, test drove, agreed to numbers, and before I knew it I was out on the road in my new Ford! Also a big thanks to Mary in finance, for explaining my financing thoroughly! Raul even called me the next day to make sure all was well. I am pleased to be apart of the Malloy Ford Family. Recommend 10/10!!!!!

We had the best experience shopping for a vehicle! Everyone is so nice and willing to meet our needs. Joey, Chris and Raul worked really hard to get me into a brand new vehicle....i can't thank them enough for going above and beyond. Especially Joey, he made sure i got the monthly payment i needed. I was very pleased with the service and especially appreciated that the technician was very honest in the assessment of my brake situation. While they recommended new brake pads and rotors, they did not say they MUST be done in order for the car to pass inspection. Their willingness to assess the situation as it is and not embellish the need truly earned them 5 stars in my book and helped boost my confidence that I wasn't being taken advantage of because I am a female and usually just get done what the mechanic recommends. They have given me time to budget for a brake repair rather than hitting me with an immediate, huge repair bill that they deemed necessary when it wasn't. Malloy Ford will continue to get my business for our household vehicles.
Recently purchased a new car at Malloy Ford Winchester. They were the only Ford dealer in VA that had the exact vehicle I wanted. Went as smoothly as expected. The entire purchase process took exactly three hours. Very friendly staff. Definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive to Winchester.
