I recommend bringing your car here EVEN IF YOU DON'T OWN A SUBARU!!! They will work on other cars doing oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, inspections among other things I'm sure. They are VERY professional and respectful, they are quick and super friendly and they will call you with any details about your car or when it is ready for pick up...oh and they have loaner cars if you need one. I find them quite affordable too!!! 100% recommended!!!!!

I really appreciate being able to bring my car in for servicing without an appt and still be able to get out of there in a reasonable amount of time. The service staff is always friendly and polite and remember me.nI've been purchasing and servicing my cars there for years and will continue to do so.nThank you also for sending out the coupon booklet.

Had several service items to get done today and just can't say enough good things about my experience at Subaru of Winchester. The interaction with the service writer was great. He was able to understand what my concerns were and address them correctly. The waiting area was very comfortable and set up in a way that allowed for social distancing. I highly recommend the Service Department here to everyone. Great job!

I had an appointment to take care of a recall issue. I found the staff very easy to work with getting a good appointment time and checking me in once I got there.nVery clean service area and waiting area. I will definitely be bringing my Subaru back to them for my normal maintenance.

Excellent customer service at CMA’s Subaru in Winchester! We purchased our 2nd Subaru recently and both times had the pleasure of working with Duncan. The entire process was made smooth and easy and we’d recommend him to anyone when looking to purchase their Subaru here! Great team of people as well, from sales to finance to the general manager - all make buying a car here a pleasure!
