The team at Top Gear Motors was very helpful and made the purchasing process simple. I emailed and called about a newly-listed vehicle on a Saturday and was given a call back on Sunday (they’re not even open on Sunday). They allowed me to place a deposit on the vehicle, and worked with me so that the vehicle would be ready when I traveled to them a few days later.nThe vehicle was extremely clean - practically new-looking - and looked and drove great. The payment and processing was so easy and straightforward. I’ve always bought vehicles in private sale, so I’m glad my first dealer experience was so positive with Top Gear Motors.

I was very pleased with this place. The salesman was helpful while also giving us our space. They had nice options and fair prices. We bought a well maintained Honda CR-V from here and it has given us no issues. We are very happy with our purchase.

Amazing service! Very nice family that runs the place. No sneaky fees, very up front about pricing. Recommend Top Gear Winchester for anybody looking for good quality, affordable, used cars.

Went looking for a truck and found it here at Top Gear. I live a state away so had to reach out to Sam via a phone call. Sam was easy to work with and gave me all the information he could provide on the truck. The process was easy and when we arrived he allowed me all the time I needed to inspect the vehicle and test drive. The truck has wear that is to be expected as it is over 10 years of age. Sam had a courtesy check done for me showing his appreciation of me driving 6 hours for the truck. Overall the truck is solid and runs great. The we experience with Sam and his Brother was as easy as I could have hoped for and I'm grateful. Great place to shop for a used vehicle.
