The people that work there are very nice. I had a great car buying experience with them. They are courteous and they work with you. They have a good selection of cars and there is nothing wrong with their vehicles and if something does go wrong they fix it with no questions asked. The finance guy is very nice pleasant to talk to and courteous.

Executive Auto is hands down the BEST dealership in Frederick County! Kay and his entire team are so helpful and caring. I am a super picky person and moved here to Winchester from Northern VA recently. I must have visited 10-15 dealership in search for the perfect truck for our family. My fiancé was told about EA by a co worker and was told they have great customer service and great cars. As soon as we drove on the lot of Executive Auto I knew we would be purchasing a car from here. All of their vehicles are handpicked and reliable and super nice! The entire buying process was one of the best experiences ever. We have a 6 month old infant and during this pandemic I was worried about buying a car and having him with us. The team at EA was so patient with us while nursing during the process and were just so understanding. They handled everything for us, and weren’t just our car salesmen they treated us like family. They now are our family! I recommend everyone to them now and always will. I will soon be buying a vehicle for our 16 year old and we will ONLY be buying from Executive Auto. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We LOVE everyone at and everything about Executive Auto! The team at executive auto has sold me 2 cars. Both very clean and well maintained. No issues from either due to the low mileage. My credit issues were not an issue with Kay. Not only did he sell me one great car, but 2. They stand behind what they sell and definitely work with you on every aspect including down payments. Hats off guys I love both cars and they will last way past the time they are paid off.

Recently my husband and I decided we wanted to look for a good car for our oldest son in college. We saw one on Executive’s website and went to check it out. Staff was extremely courteous. We liked the car and negotiating was friendly and efficient. When shopping for a used vehicle, I would definitely use them again. We bought a 2016 Subaru Legacy. This vehicle is in excellent condition.
