Winchester Parks does do a very nice job with its parks and pools! However there is a major problem for Senior Citizens, Cancer Patients, young children and infants!!!! The Jim Barnett swimming pool has plenty of tables but there are NO UMBRELLAS which is crucially important for the Seniors who cannot be in the sun for long periods of time as well as Cancer patients CANNOT be in the sun or infants! If the Parks dept. cannot afford to put umbrellas in the tables, I would gladly make a donation as I hope all residents would contribute or make these concerns known to the City Counsel for action! Thank you!!

Google says it's a public park but signs say school grounds no trespassing, this needs updated, 2 thumbs down
