Awesome place to get away. Camp site 6 is awesome for folks who want nearly primitive camping. There are a few outhouses which are usually in pretty decent condition depending on how many people are there. There is a shower facility you can drive too as well.

Camp 6 is absolutely not for kids or if you want a quiet night -- it is for adults who want to party. Which is awesome! We all had a blast, even the dog who was tired out by the end of the trip. So many smells in the forest! All of The Cove is awesome and I'd definitely go back. If you have an atv, dirt bike, or weapons you'd like to shoot The Cove is GREAT. If you want a quiet camping trip away from people, not so much. Different strokes for different folks. I'm told the very best time to go is spring.

I've never been campimg before this weekend, and this was such an amazing first experience! My family and I will absolutely be coming back again and again. The check in process was easy and quick, and they were very accommodating to our larger group. The campsites were clean and there was plenty of space for all our tents, we had 6 tents to set up overall, and we were very comfortable. The campsites also had a lot of trees and space between them, so there was some privacy. There were also a couple options for bathrooms close to our campsite. There were 2 stalls, and one Johnny Blue within 50 feet of our campground! Overall, it was a super fun experience, I can't wait to go back!

Great trails, the shelter is tons of fun, prepare the wood stove before lighting it and it will go a long way heating this place up.nnSpecial thanks to the guys in the front desk - we were there on motorcycles and they were kind enough to bring the fire wood all the way to us and even got us some fire starters.nnCan't wait to return when better weather arrives.

Why I will never visit or support this campground again:nn1. The cost of the campground is per person not per site. They nickel and dime you for EVERY THING YOU DO!n2. We paid $80 per night for our campsite in November and then had to pay per person to use the gun range which was not well maintained.n3. Charging $30 per person per day to ride trails that were not well marked, hadn’t been maintained at all, and damaged our machine was a complete rip off. The map was useless and the trail markers were down leaving us lost for about an hour on our ride.n4. The campground looks like a junkyard. Dirty facilities and customer service that could care less about our stay.n5. Trying to take care of basic camping necessities like getting to the dump station caused extensive damage to our camper. The road “trail” to access it was very rocky and very narrow.nnThese owners need to take some accountability to the business they are running. They should be ashamed of themselves.
