My first time calling them they told me 20 minutes it’s almost been 2 hours NEVER AGAIN I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDnnFIRST IMPRESSION THIS IS HORRIBLE WAITING WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE HEATnnCALLED I WAS TOLD HE WAS AROUND THE CORNER AND YET ITS BEEN ANOTHER 30 minutes still not here HAVE TO CALL OUT OF WORK!!!!!!!!nHorrible for businessnHorrible customer servicenTalk to the manager and she was worse!!!!
Yellow Cab services a wide area. Not just Winchester so the customer volume is tremendous to say the least. Long wait times can be an issue with a large customer base like this but they honestly do the best with the drivers and vehicles they have. The biggest problem Yellow Cab has is finding people who are able to make it through the Winchester Police Dept's permit process. In order to drive a cab the standards are so high that I think it's easier to become a TSA agent than a cab driver in Winchester. Over all the service is great and I would recommend calling well in advance for your rides
I recently found myself stranded in Winchester, after calling around, getting turned down and denied,Sammy to the rescue,this man deserves a medal!! Thanks Yellow Cab!!
