Cody, I hope I didn’t already forget his name, was absolutely fantastic. He patiently helped me with everything I needed and went the extra mile to make me understand everything in a clear manner. Customer service was wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful. I found what I was looking for, Amazing service, will definitely come again.
I meant to put this review in over a month ago because Vapes are a device that like a computer or lawnmower takes maintenance and someone who has the knowledge of how they function is definitely worth the extra few dollars you spend to shop here. Because I guarantee you will save five times that amount or more in the long run. Me and my husband bought Vapes on 13th and state and they put wrong tanks on modes that broke quickly and wouldn't replace or give even a discount on new ones. We were out $150. Empire employees customer service is so good it's unbelievable. It's also nice that they know their product. It's really the only place in the whole city anyone should shop for this type of product.
