Pam was such a HUGE help in trying to get critical paperwork done - that no one else in Winchester would help us with!! She was so kind and pleasant and efficient. She has been the first and ONLY person who would help me with notarized and witnessed documents. After so many people refused to help it was WONDERFUL to find this agency. I’m taking my taxes to them from now on!!!! I give them 10 stars. THANK YOU!!

I do not recommend this tax service.nI went to Mr. Poole for the first and last time a couple of years ago.nThere were several mistakes made.nI quickly received a letter from the IRS.nI became aware of another over-site later and it may be in my best interest to amend this year.nHe is past his prime.nnI don't know about the other employees.
