Phone representatives are always helpful. Not giving them a 5 star for 2 reasons: First, their website is not user friendly; even after 2 years I have trouble getting to the right page to make a payment. And secondly: there is nobody on-site and no office on-site if you have problems.
Made arrangements to take our boat up and had confirmation on 8/23/20 for an outdoor spaceon 9/1/2020. We were set to go on Tuesday (was told not to do paperwork until that time) but I called to check today and was told that the spot was NOT there due to some paving and we SHOULD have been notified. I told the person answering on the phone (not too helpful and somewhat clueless) that this was totally unacceptable. I am glad I called as we would have shown up with a boat on Tuesday. I certainly would not give any stars if I could.
The representative I spoke with was very helpful with setting up my account and with all of my questions regarding the storage unit.
