Ruckersville Self Storage is a state of the art, top notch facility. The owner Brandon is absolutely wonderful and on site almost every time I am there. He is always helpful and bends over backwards to meet your needs. I have never seen a cleaner, safer or better run storage place. Carol who works in the office also deserves recognition for her helpfulness and competence.
We had to rent 2 units to store our belongings between moves. Brandon set everything up for us and made us feel secure knowing our things would be safe. He made the entire experience stress free for us. Within a day of the movers emptying the units Brandon sent us the closeout paperwork without us having to ask. Strongly recommend if you need storage, this is the place to go! Great Customer Service!!!!!!

Great service and perfect location. Brandon was right there to help me when I needed to get in at the last minute (probably like a lot of us!) Also very friendly whenever we were there.
This is a top-of-the-line, state-of-the-art, new facility. The storage unit all others should aspire to. Solar powered for a low carbon footprint and a super friendly staff included. They keep it very clean and a well laid out, paved, facility made it possible for a large semi to drop our shipments off right at the front of the unit. They even offered a low priced mail receiving service where they were able to receive over 50 large packages per month. This place was about an hour away from our home, but it was worth every minute in the vehicle. If you do storage or business near Ruckersville, do it with them! Encourage other storage companies to follow their leadership in green storage! Thanks Brandon!
