We’ve rented from this company for a few years! The sweetest and nicest ladies I ever met! They’ve helped me figure out the right size rental my family needed and even gave me reminder calls when I forgot to make a payment! If I ever needed to rent from them again, this is the only place I’ll ever consider! Secure lot with a password only gate code. Surveillance down every aisle. Just overall neat and clean compared to other rentals nearby and in Charlottesville!
This place was awful!! We went to rent a unit and were questioned as to what we were storing and then once we told her one piece was an atv she immediately flipped a switch and asked if we had the title and how we purchased. Then we were told we couldn’t store without letting them see the title. She implied that my boyfriend could have stolen it! She was rude and quite unprofessional in my opinion! It was none of her business what we stored!!
